What we collect

Only what's needed to operate nox: a per-device key (a UUID we generate, never your phone's MAC), the URL or credentials of any IPTV provider you give us (encrypted at rest), your subscription status, the devices you've paired, and a per-content resume position so favorites and playback positions sync across devices. We do not collect your email unless you provide one at checkout.

What we don’t

nox doesn't provide any IPTV content. We don't track which channels or programs you watch on third-party providers beyond the resume position you control, and we never sell your personal data.

Advertising

The mobile app shows ads through Google AdMob only to free-tier users — after the 7-day trial ends and with no active subscription. Subscribers and trial users see no ads. To serve ads, AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFV), coarse location, and ad-interaction data. On iOS we ask permission first via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, we request non-personalized ads only. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier anytime in your device settings. See Google's advertising policies for details.

Encryption

IPTV provider credentials (Xtream usernames and passwords, Stalker MAC addresses) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. They're never logged in plain text and never sent to anyone but the provider you pointed us at.

Third parties

  • Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for in-app subscriptions.
  • Google AdMob — advertising for free-tier users (mobile only).
  • Hostinger — hosting infrastructure.

Your rights

Email support@nox-iptv.shop to request export or deletion of your account data. Account deletion removes all sources, profiles, devices, and subscription records associated with your device key.
